Presentation - The Agent Economy Thesis
/ 1 min read
This is a presentation of the Agent economy thesis that underpins the Venture Studio, presented at the London Tech Week MSL Recruitment Event.
It briefly touches on some of the structural changes AI is introducing in software (and its labor) markets.
It walks through three lenses:
-
Markets (where are we going?) → Cost curves & the “rebundling” – hard numbers on falling unit costs, just‑in‑time software supply, and the knock‑on effects for customer acquisition and team productivity
-
Stack (what changes?) → Agents, GenUI, adaptive services – how background co‑pilots move from toys to first‑class citizens, changing our interfaces and shifting business logic from deterministic flows to observe‑reason‑act loops
-
Craft (what about us?) → Imagineering as the skill to navigate the plummeting cost of knowledge work.
